We are producers of large-format events. Phoebe PR & Events has spent eleven years putting brands, ministers, sporting teams and twelve thousand guests in the same room — without a single missed cue.
We don't run parties. We run rooms — and the rooms remember.

A waterfront dinner for nine hundred — without a single late plate.
Viaduct Harbour, eleven courses, a live string ensemble on the upper deck. The venue was a working cruise terminal on event day; we ran service over the gangway. Conceived, designed and produced in fourteen weeks.

An eight-stadium activation that travelled the country in eleven days.
Eden Park, Sky Stadium, Forsyth Barr — a travelling haka stage, twelve thousand squad jerseys hung floor-to-ceiling, eighty-two crew moving in a single line. One truck, one cue sheet, one brand promise.

A three-stop Pacific roadshow for a spirits house that does not do ordinary.
Papeete, Rarotonga, Auckland — one hundred and twenty guests per night, a different menu, the same rare vintage. Conceived as a private voyage; produced as a working operation across three time zones and two freight corridors.

Discover
Briefs, site visits, the brief nobody puts on paper. We listen for what would embarrass you if it went wrong.

Design
Concept, run-of-show, the people who make it happen. Three concepts. One budget. No theatre that does not survive the load-in.

Produce
Vendors, permits, contingencies, the boring half. Three suppliers per critical line. One named owner for every cue.

Deliver
Doors open, stages lit, the room does its thing. A deck ready to send before the guests have parked.
